Can I freeze the dough for pizza
50 gr. yeast (you can 2 tsp dry)
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
200 gr of soft margarine
3.5 cups of flour
Yeast is rubbed with salt, and addedcold milk, sugar, softened margarine. All is stirred up to a homogeneous mass and gradually the flour is introduced into the mixture. The resulting dough should not be thick and heavy. It is placed for 4 hours in the fridge, after which it is baked pies or pies. This dough can be stored for up to three months.
