Is it possible to salt fish with iodized salt
If during the preparation salt the fish with iodized salt, then this does not affect the taste of the dish. But is it worth it?
It must be understood that the fish itself isa product containing a large amount of iodine (like all seafood) and it is enough for a person to eat fish prepared with ordinary (uniodized) salt. In order for a healthy person to get the necessary norm of iodine, it is enough for him to eat fish twice a week.
And iodized salt is better to use when preparing dishes, which include products that contain not too much iodine.
