Can I freeze pancakes with ham
Ingredients: 10 pieces:
12 baked pancakes
100 grams of ham, cut into small cubes
230 g of canned pineapple in its own juice, merge
300 g of mozzarella cheese, diced
Instructions: 1. Bake pancakes. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
2. Put some ham, cheese and pineapple in the center of each pancake. To make the envelopes, first fold the two opposite sides of the pancake inward, then turn the other two sides inward.
3. To make rolls, put the whole stuffing on one side of the pancake and roll a pancake into a straw.
4. When everything is ready, put all the pancakes in a fireproof form and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

100 gr (4 oz) of plain flour
250 ml (8 fl oz) of milk or half-milk and water
Instructions: Make a dough. Sift the flour and salt in a bowl, make a well in the center and add the beaten egg. Add half of the milk (or all milk, if you use a mixture of milk and water), gradually mix with flour, working from the walls.
Beat until the dough is uniform, then add the remaining liquid. Pour into the jug. At this stage, the dough can be covered and put in the refrigerator.
Preheat a little oil in a frying pan with a diameter of 18see Drain the excess oil so that only a thin film of fat remains. Stir the dough and pour into a frying pan 2-3 st. It should cover the bottom of the frying pan with a thin layer. Fry from one side until golden brown, then walk under the pancake with a thin spatula and turn over. Cook on the other side for about 30 seconds.
Transfer the finished pancakes to a warmed plate, and immediately serve with a filling or sauce, or keep warm in a pot with boiling water or in the oven while others are cooking.
Pancakes can be frozen: they need to be laid with food film, tightly packed, signed and frozen for up to 6 months. One pancake is thawed very quickly, and if you want to unfreeze the whole pack, arrange them one by one on a board or a tray.
