Can I freeze beef goulash
500 g of meat, 2 onions, 1 tbsp. spoon of flour, 3 tbsp. spoons of tomato puree, 100 g of sour cream.
Cut the meat into cubes, sprinkle with salt, pepper,fry in a pan with butter. Add finely chopped onions, sprinkle the meat with flour and lightly fry them all together. Prepared meat put in a saucepan, pour 2-3 glasses of hot water, add tomato puree, cover and simmer for an hour and a half. 15-20 minutes before the readiness to enter spices (there are special spices for goulash), sour cream, bay leaf.
