Can I freeze the celery in the freezer
Salad Waldorf (recipe from Weight Watchers)
250 g of sweet and sour apples
200 g of celeriac root
175 grams of yoghurt (1.5%)
2 teas. l. mayonnaise (80%)
Cut the pineapple into pieces. Apples and celery peel and grate on a large grater, sprinkle with lemon juice and slightly add to not darken. Cream the shake (not as a cake, and "half"), mixed with mayonnaise and yogurt. Season the salad.
I added boiled chicken breast to this salad, and I used ordinary fat-free mayonnaise (11%) for refueling. Sometimes I replace fresh pineapple with canned (but for reasons of diet - without sugar).
