Is it possible to freeze ready-made chops home made from minced meat
I have a question about freezing products. If you buy minced meat (and in general meat in any form) for a week or two, then, in your opinion, it will be better in terms of taste and benefit:
1. To break up the forcemeat into small portions, to freeze, and then once in 2-3 days to unfreeze one by one and cook the cutlets. Well, either to mold immediately, and then to freeze them raw.
2. Prepare cutlet immediately for a week, freeze a large part, then within a week to get, defrost and eat.
That is, in simple terms, it is better to freeze meat or ready-made food?
