Can I freeze the cake of poultry milk on gelatin?

This recipe for the cake "Bird's Milk" without gelatin! The cream "freezes" at the expense of semolina in the composition. It turns out well sooo delicious!
So, to prepare a cake "Bird's Milk", we need the following ingredients:
- 150 g of margarine;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 3 eggs;
- 3 tbsp. lies. cocoa;
- 1 cup of flour;
- soda + vinegar (or 0.5 bag of baking powder).
- milk - 0.5 liters;
- semolina - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 1 cup;
- butter - 200 g;
- citric acid - ¼ tsp lodges (you can use lemon juice, it gives a pleasant sour cream, without the citric acid, the taste of the cake is no longer the same)
First, we prepare the dough: razmoterm softened margarine with sugar, add eggs, mix! Then add cocoa, flour and soda, slaked vinegar (or baking powder), everything is thoroughly mixed!
It turns out this is such a sparse dough.
The form is lubricated with oil, I sprinkle with semolina. Pour the dough into a mold and send it to a preheated oven. I have a cork for 40 minutes, again each oven works differently, check the readiness of a toothpick (match)!
While the cake is baked, we prepare the cream. From milk and semolina, cook thick semolina porridge, completely cool. Then add the softened butter to the porridge, add sugar and citric acid.
Ready to cork should be cooled and cut into two parts (I do it with a thread).
The cream is laid between the cake a thick layer.
