What can I cook with frozen mushrooms honey agarics?
Many mistresses have often seen in freezerschambers of large supermarkets such product as frozen honey agarics. And many, for sure, wondered whether it is worth buying such mushrooms, and if you take them, how to cook them, so that it's tasty and useful.
- frozen honey agarics - 300-400 g;
- bulb of medium size - 2-3 pcs .;
- sour cream (can be replaced with unsweetened yogurt or mayonnaise to taste) - 200 g;
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l .;
- fresh greens (onion, dill) - to taste;
- sunflower oil for frying.
Total cooking time, without defrosting - 1 hour.
Including mushroom boiling - 15 minutes.
Fried and fried - 40 minutes.
Store or homemade frozen honey agaric must be thawed before cooking.

Further mushrooms must be thoroughly washed incold water, and then boil on medium heat for 12-15 minutes, without forgetting from time to time to remove the foam. You need to put mushrooms in boiling, slightly salted water.
Cook boiled mushrooms in a colander and allow excess moisture to drain, then send to a frying pan to a bow, mix well and fry over moderate heat for about 10-13 minutes.
In the meantime, you should prepare a fill. To do this, you need to mix carefully sour cream and soy sauce. If desired, you can use mayonnaise or add a normal natural yogurt without sugar. Add finely chopped greens, very good for this role will fit green onions.
When the sauce is ready for dripping, you can proceedthe final part of the cooking: carefully pour the fill into the frying pan, where fried mushrooms with onions. Stir the dish to honey mushrooms evenly soaked in sour cream.
